Terms of Service

1. Service provider

2. Service description

PromNET is a Hungarian-language management layer over Cloudflare's edge-stack: static hosting on R2 + Pages, Workers AI access, Vectorize, KV namespaces, Hyperdrive PostgreSQL pooling, Queues, Streaming and related developer tools. The customer ("User") accesses these via a single web UI and pays in Hungarian forint, with NAV-compliant invoicing.

3. Plans & billing

• The Free tier requires no card. Paid tiers (Start, Pro) are billed monthly in Hungarian forint with a NAV-compliant invoice.
• Excess usage above plan caps is billed pay-as-you-go.
• The User can cancel at any time; pre-paid periods are non-refundable except as required by Hungarian law.

4. Acceptable Use

The User must not host content that is illegal under Hungarian or EU law, including: CSAM, copyright-infringing material, malware, phishing, or content inciting violence. PromNET reserves the right to suspend services on Acceptable Use violations without refund. Repeat or severe violations result in termination.

5. Service availability

PromNET targets 99.5% monthly uptime on paid plans, measured at the Cloudflare edge. Maintenance windows are announced in advance. SLA credits are available under the Pro plan — see clause 5.3 of the Hungarian ÁSZF.

6. Liability

PromNET's total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim. PromNET is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

7. User-built applications

When the User builds applications (forms, ticket systems, contact stores, websites) on PromNET that collect personal data of third parties, the User is the data controller and PromNET acts as processor. Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is included by reference — see ÁSZF § 7.1.

8. Governing law

Hungarian law governs this agreement. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having seat at the User's registered address (for B2C) or PromNET's seat (for B2B).

9. Changes

PromNET may amend these Terms with 30 days' notice (sent to the e-mail on file). Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
